Random mutterings off the top of my head
Random mutterings off the top of my head,
Loosely arranged in semi-prose, semi-poetic?
Crazy, nutters, insane they all say, 'til bed;
Random nonsense, patterned in poetics.
So now, let it begin again
To flow, from the depths
So now, let it never be said
That I never release from my head
Titled rage against the insanity
Of over controlled and over insane
Uber protective, taken beyond ability
For you to handle, keep you sane
Hold you now, stroke your hair
It'll all be better one day soon
Believe in friends, believe in pairs
Pi will guard your sleep and croon
Sing a love song, listen to me now
Hear me say it, you know it's true
In my heart, at last at last
I know it, you know and it shall last
See us together, the future lies
Hand in hand, you in white
Me in black, speak of pi
A man before us, you may kiss the bride
Lying together, field of grass before
Nuzzling cheeks, let the children grow
Lying inside, watch the snow,
The children asleep, look, a mistletoe.
Kiss me long, kiss me tender
Kiss me all throughout time
Hold my hand, say it's okay
As we sleep to eternal rhymes
The future is all, today is but a moment
Fleeting and here, next second it's gone
Today is but a snapshot, a feelting moment
In your life, now maybe you can be untorn
Believe in your love
Believe in things to come
Believe in tomorrow, not today
Believe in me
Today's but a moment, tomorrow we'll see
There's a blue bottle, a giant bunny
A mug of pi, waiting for you and for me
Believe in tomorrow, not in today
The world grows brighter, soon you will see
You can put them behind you, hard as it may seem
The pi will be with us, both you and me
The future is brighter, just ignore the sea
yeah... okay I was in a completely random mood!
*feels bit better*
*wants to rage, but is too tired. Maybe tomorrow.* Today I'm going to bed and will be thankful I don't have to turn my alarm clocks on lol. I'll post in my private blog tomorrow, and perhaps in my poetry journal too. I realize it's been a while since I've posted anything there. Maybe I'll go through my archives and post some old stuff. (actually i think i've got some pretty good stuff somewhere that I haven't posted yet!)
